Why do I need to provide my driver's license/National ID and utility bill for registration?

Can I schedule a pickup or inspection before placing a bid?
Unfortunately, at present, it is not possible to physically inspect or retrieve those units, as many banks and lenders lack an inspection or retrieval facility, and their staff are not trained to assist during inspections. However, we offer a 14-day inspection period, allowing you to reject any unit for almost any reason.
What's the delivery fee?
Our complimentary delivery service includes the initial 500 KM. Any distance beyond 500 KM will incur a fee of one Euro per KM.
Where are the assets located?

What payment do you take?
We exclusively process repossessed vehicle payments through bank-to-bank transfers. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit/debit cards or PayPal. We consider bank transfers to be the safest and most dependable payment method. Once you win an auction or use the “buy it now” option, our team will furnish the transfer details. Kindly complete the payment promptly to ensure a seamless transaction.
Can I finance it?
Full payment is necessary before releasing any repossessed vehicles. Since we are not lenders, we do not provide financing, so we advise you to carefully consider your options before making a purchase.
Do I have to pay to ship the asset back in a rejection scenario?
We provide free delivery back for all rejected items, regardless of their size or type, to simplify the return process. Our repossessed items are of outstanding quality, and we uphold impartiality and integrity.
How do your 14 days reject/refund policy work?
We aim for your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not pleased with the item, we provide a 14-day return window, and a full refund will be processed within 24 hours of the request, no questions asked.
