We are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a 14-day refund/reject policy with no questions asked. If you are not entirely satisfied, please return your asset within 14 days, and we will promptly process a full refund.

Step-by-step guide
1. Registration
To set up an account, simply click on the “Login/Register” link in our navigation menu. Next, choose the “Register Now” button to access our registration page, where you can securely enter your details using our user-friendly platform. Once your registration is complete, you can browse our extensive collection of outstanding vehicles and begin bidding on your preferred options.
2. Bidding Process
Our automatic bidding system is engineered to streamline the bidding process, eliminating the need to revisit the site to place additional bids. Just input your maximum amount for the item and allow our automatic bid increment to take care of the rest. You can have peace of mind knowing that our system will only raise your bid as necessary to maintain your status as the highest bidder or to meet the reserve price, up to your maximum bid. In addition, we offer a “BUY IT NOW” option for select items that can be acquired with a simple click. Once confirmed, the asset is yours.
3. Payment
After winning an auction, you will receive an email within 24 hours containing payment instructions. If you are unable to find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. It’s important to note that payment is due within two days of receiving the invoice and should be made in Euro. To streamline the process for you, we will provide the receiver’s name, account number, routing number, and wire reference number (all necessary information will be included in your invoice).
4. Delivery
Upon payment confirmation, our team will reach out to you to confirm your payment and coordinate delivery. Our scheduled delivery day is every Monday, irrespective of your location. Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on your location, with a maximum delivery period of 21 days. We provide complimentary delivery for the first 500 KM. Beyond that, there is a charge of €1.5 per KM for any additional distance, regardless of the size or type of asset.
5. Acceptance/Rejection
Once your asset has been inspected and approved, we will handle all the necessary documentation. If you choose to reject the asset, you can be confident that we offer a full refund (minus delivery fee) and complimentary delivery back to the seller. Please note that refunds are processed immediately but may take 1-3 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
