At Whelan Plant & Haulage Limited, we are committed to maintaining the highest quality and safety standards for our members. Our team comprises Master ASE Technicians and ASE-Certified mechanics who meticulously inspect each vehicle before presenting it for auction. Our strict criteria ensure that only 2 out of 10 assets meet our standards. Bid confidently, knowing that you are acquiring a top-notch vehicle. As a repossessed vehicle auction company, we are unwavering in our commitment to excellence across all aspects of our operations. Payment Method
We kindly request that successful purchases be settled through bank wire transfer to ensure the safety and security of all transactions. Please note that we are unable to accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, cashier’s checks, or any other forms of payment. Upon winning a bid, you will receive a confirmation email containing comprehensive payment instructions, including the recipient’s name, bank account number, routing number, and wire reference number. It is strongly advised to diligently monitor your inbox and spam/junk/bulk folder for important notifications.
Reliable Delivery
Upon confirmation of your payment, we will promptly reach out to you to arrange the delivery. Our delivery service is exceptional, and we will ensure that it is conducted at your preferred location. All assets, irrespective of their size, type, or location, will be promptly delivered. Please note that deliveries commence every Monday. We do not ship to Ukraine anymore. Instead, we can deliver to Medyka (Ukraine-Poland border).
Efficient Transportation
We offer secure transportation for heavy equipment using standard or lowboy trailers, depending on the size and weight. Count on us to address all your transportation requirements with professionalism and a dedication to safety.
Cost-Effective Delivery
At Whelan Plant & Haulage Limited, we provide professional and reliable equipment delivery services to our esteemed customers. We pride ourselves on offering complimentary delivery for distances of up to 500 KM. For longer distances, a nominal fee of €1.5 per KM applies, regardless of the vehicle’s type or size. Delivery times may vary based on the location, with a maximum timeframe of 21 days. Furthermore, your purchased vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance throughout the transportation process, with coverage ranging from €50,000 to €3,000,000, based on the equipment’s type, year, make, and model. Rest assured that your new vehicle is in capable and experienced hands.
Warranty Assured
To ensure customer satisfaction, all our repossessed items come with a limited six-month warranty. We are dedicated to providing high-quality assets and ensuring our customers’ complete confidence with each purchase. We also offer an option to extend your warranty for up to five years, based on your inquiries.
Warranty Coverage
At Whelan Plant & Haulage Limited, we are committed to providing our esteemed customers with the finest repossessed assets. You can have peace of mind knowing that our limited warranty covers repairs for all components and parts of your vehicle, with only a few specific exceptions. We believe in complete transparency and want to clarify that our warranty does not cover interior and exterior cosmetic flaws (which are clearly displayed on the asset’s gallery page), recommended maintenance, replaceable or wearable parts, and aftermarket accessories. However, rest assured that we have full confidence in the exceptional quality of our vehicles and are always available to address any questions or concerns regarding our warranty.
Co-Pay & Restrictions
Please note that a co-payment of up to €150 per repair visit may apply, and this amount is subject to change based on your policy. Our Limited Warranty expires upon the sale of your asset or when your vehicle reaches the time limit, whichever occurs first. Kindly note that this Limited Warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another party. It is important to understand that country law may offer additional warranties that may differ from our Limited Warranty. Additionally, please note that state law may impose different restrictions than those outlined in our Limited Warranty, and we will always adhere to state law in such situations.
14-Day Refund/Reject Policy
We are dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction, and thus, all purchases made from us are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the asset must be returned in its original condition, and any damage caused by the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund/Reject Process
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 calendar days from receiving it before 5 PM GMT+1. Our customer service team is available to assist you with the return or exchange of the asset. Please get in touch with us, and we will manage the process efficiently.
Process of Rejection
If you are not satisfied with your asset, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving it, until 5 PM GTM+1, and we’ll handle the return or exchange process smoothly and hassle-free through our highly trained customer service team. We want you to be confident in our return or exchange process, so please call us for assistance.
Exceptions to Returns
At Whelan Plant & Haulage Limited, we aim to provide professional service to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please note that vehicles that have been modified or altered from their original state, or are currently used as collateral for a loan, cannot be returned. Additionally, damage resulting from an accident is not eligible for returns. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing a quality product selection.
Refund Process
We understand the importance of refunds in the purchasing process. At Whelan Plant & Haulage Limited, we guarantee swift processing of refunds once the returned items are received. Please be aware that it may take 1-3 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies and procedures. We appreciate your patience and assure you of our commitment to ensuring a professional and smooth refund process.
